- Hisashi Yoneda is the Founder and CEO of HY Advisors Ltd., and has over 15 years’ cross-functional project experience in Accounting/Finance/IT, including Big 4 public accounting and consulting in New York and Tokyo, regulatory reporting and due diligence in a global investment bank and accounting/financial systems analysis/implementation for international financial services firms.
- Prior to HY Advisors Ltd., he worked at Credit Suisse First Boston Securities (Tokyo) as a Japan representative of the Controllers new business due diligence team, PricewaterhouseCoopers (NY and Tokyo) as an advisory consultant for financial services clients, and KPMG LLP (NY) as a staff auditor.
- He has also worked as a systems engineer/supervisor at NEC Corp. (Tokyo), assisting financial services firms in developing and implementing banking and bond/futures trading systems.
- He is a Licensed CPA in Illinois, Chartered Global Management Accountant, and a member of AICPA and its Japanese counterpart JUSCPA. He graduated from Kyoto University with an LLB in law.
